The scope of work, project timelines, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a proposal, quotation, invoice, or separate agreement before work begins.
Any estimates or timelines provided prior to project approval are indicative and may be revised if project requirements change.
2. Pricing and Payments
Service fees are communicated and approved before the commencement of a project. Depending on the nature of the service, payments may be structured as an advance payment, milestone-based installments, monthly retainers, or a one-time fee.
Bhavyam Digital reserves the right to delay, pause, or discontinue ongoing work if payments are not received within the agreed timeframe. Completed deliverables, website files, credentials, or other project assets may be withheld until all outstanding payments have been settled.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials necessary for project execution. This may include:
- Website access credentials
- Business information and branding materials
- Text content, images, and product details
- Timely approvals, feedback, and revision requests
Delays in providing required information or approvals may impact project schedules and delivery timelines. Bhavyam Digital will not be held responsible for delays resulting from incomplete submissions or late responses from the client.
4. Project Scope and Revisions
Services provided by Bhavyam Digital are limited to the tasks and deliverables specifically mentioned in the approved proposal or agreement.
Requests for additional pages, features, integrations, campaigns, content, or design changes outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and revised timelines.
Reasonable revisions may be included within the project scope, depending on the nature of the service and the terms agreed upon at the start of the project.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Either party may terminate a project or service arrangement by providing written notice.
Payments made for consultations, planning, design work, development activities, marketing efforts, research, or any work already completed are generally non-refundable. If a project is discontinued before completion, the client may be required to pay for services rendered and milestones completed up to the date of cancellation.
6. Ownership of Deliverables
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of completed website designs, approved content, graphics, reports, and other deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client.
Bhavyam Digital reserves the right to showcase completed projects, design samples, screenshots, and non-confidential project information within its portfolio, promotional materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Results and Performance
Digital marketing and search engine performance depend on numerous external factors, including competition, algorithm updates, market conditions, and changes introduced by third-party platforms.
While Bhavyam Digital follows industry-recognized practices and strives to achieve positive outcomes, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, lead generation numbers, conversion rates, or sales results.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bhavyam Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, business opportunities, profits, or data arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability relating to any claim or dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service associated with the claim.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Projects may involve third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins, analytics tools, advertising networks, social media platforms, or software applications.
Bhavyam Digital does not own, manage, or control these services and cannot be held responsible for their downtime, policy changes, pricing adjustments, security incidents, or operational issues.
10. Changes to These Terms
Bhavyam Digital may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in business practices, services, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
